Adding Team Responses for Volunteers

Do you have volunteers that want to create a team but need help getting started? As the site manager, you can add team responses on behalf of your volunteers!


How to add a team response for volunteers

To add a team response for volunteers: 

1. Go to Volunteerism > Responses.

2. Click Add a Response

3. Select Add a team response

4. From the dropdown menu, select the opportunity you're responding to and click Continue

✏️ Quick tip: Don't see the opportunity in the dropdown? You might need to check if that opportunity allows team registrations.

5. Now, you can either select an existing team or create a new one.  

6. If you're using an existing team: 

  1. Select the existing team from the dropdown and click Continue
  2. You can add yourself or other volunteers in the next step. 
  3. When you're done, click Finish to submit the team response. 

7. If you're creating a new team: 

  1. Give the team a name. 
  2. Add the volunteers to the team. 
  3. Click Finish when you're done creating the team.
