As a program facilitator, you can see who is volunteering and when! There are a few ways for you to check the schedule. You can review the Scheduling area of your dashboard for a calendar view of the current schedule. You can also review the Hours area of your dashboard to see who is checked in through the Check-In Kiosk. In this article, we cover:
Scheduling
From the Scheduling area of your dashboard, you can review a calendar with scheduled opportunities. If you click on a specific date, you can see more details about that opportunity—including who is scheduled.
To review the schedule:
1. Go to Volunteerism > Schedule and click View More on the date you want to check. 
2. Click the number under Responses to see who has responded.
3. In the next window, you can see who responded for that opportunity and, if a waitlist is enabled, who is on the waitlist if the opportunity has met its max capacity.
Hours
If you want to check in volunteers for an opportunity, see who is checked in now, or review hours, you can see all of this from the Hours area of your dashboard.
How to review hours as a program facilitator
Go to Volunteerism > Hours from your dashboard. 
- Here you can see who has submitted hours for which Opportunity and when.
How to see who's checked in today
To see who is checked in now, go to Volunteerism > Hours > Checked In Now.
- You can see who is checked in, for what opportunity, and the time that they checked in.
- You can also check out volunteers from this area.
- You can also review a snapshot of how many volunteers are currently checked in.
