Are you having trouble accessing your account? Forgot your password? No worries! You can request a password reset right from the login screen!
To get started:
1. Click the Login button at the top of the screen. 
2. Select Forgot your password? 
3. Enter the email address you registered with. 
4. Click Submit.
- Check your email for a link to reset your password and follow the steps provided!
✅Best practice: Don't see an email? Check your spam folder! If you still didn't receive an email with directions for resetting your password, please contact your site manager to discuss the next steps. They can double-check the email address on file for your account and more.
- Click the Contact Us link in the footer to contact the site manager or site admin.
5. The email subject reads Lost Password Reset. Click the link to be taken to the password reset page. 
6. Type your password in twice and click Reset Password to finish!
7. You can now log back into your account!

- Passwords are case sensitive, must be at least eight characters in length, and can't include any space. Approved characters include letters, numbers, and symbols.
