"User Group" is such an essential field. It's data should be shown in a column on the standard "User" button. Or at least be a table filter check-off to add to the report. Third option: When trying to filter on the User Group field, the only options are "belongs to" or "does not below to" You should be able to filter on (null); all the user records that have NOTHING; NULL: BLANK; EMPTY.

Thank you for sharing your suggestion! I wanted to let you know that the User Data Explorer report might already meet your needs. To get there, you’d need to go to Reports > Data Explorers > Users. This report includes a column for User Groups, allowing you to view and filter data more comprehensively.
