We are a theatre that uses GD for our volunteer needs including signups for auditions and student theatre. Where we are running into challenges is with our students under 13 who do not have an email. We currently have a parent create an account and then sign their student up for volunteer opportunities with a couple of questions to understand if the sign up is for them or a student. If it is for a student, we get a name, age and preferred pronouns.
We currently have one audition opportunity for a group of 15. Parents that have more than one student whom they would like to have audition at the same time can only sign up for one slot. One account = one opportunity.
Even if we used a team situation for a family to create a team account, we still cannot capture the information we need without each family member having a separate email. We do not want to use dummy emails as it makes tracking information as well as sending emails impossible.
Thank you for any suggestions or possible improvements to this situation. Please let me know if you need further information or have questions.

We have the same need. We have lots of volunteers who are minors, and either don't have email accounts at all or their parents don't want them shared (understandably). If there was a way to link a minor account to their parent, especially since an adult is signing their waivers, that would be very helpful. We do need everyone to have their own account still so that seems like it might be a challenge.

Hi Alison,
Thank you for taking the time to post your situation and request on our Forum! I have added your thoughts to our product enhancement notes which will be reviewed by our team during one of our upcoming product enhancement meetings. If there are any updates about a new enhancement surrounding team responses and minor accounts moving forward, I'll be happy to share them with you here.
Thank you again and have a great day!
With gratitude,
