Flexible Opportunities MIA on Manager's End

I'm trying to sign up volunteers who participated in a mini training we did but there's no way for me to schedule them on the manager's end. When I go under the hours and the schedule features, this opportunity doesn't show up; I'm assuming because of the flexible date. I can go in through each volunteer's individual profile, assume the user and sign them up, but it will take longer. I can go on the opportunity page, but I only have the ability to add anonymous hours or schedule a team. Why not an individual user? Am I missing something?

Hi Edwina,


Site managers should be able to add a response on behalf of a user for any time of opportunity duration type via the Add Response feature. I am going to convert this into a ticket so one of our CX specialists can help guide you through how to do this with direct support. Be on the lookout for an email from support.
