When a new user is invited to the system, they are listed as "Active". This status does not reflect a difference between those that have updated their profiles and listed availability, vs. those that have been invited but not responded. This has a big impact on scheduling. Those that have not updated their profiles/availability are listed as "available volunteers" along with those that have and have indicated what times they are available. It would be very helpful if they were listed as "pending" until those two steps were completed. This would save a great deal of time for those that are scheduling.

Hi, Andrea!
Thanks so much for adding your suggestion to our forum. For clarification, do Site Managers and Program Facilitators use the Scheduling tool often?
The way the site is designed, it will show a volunteer as Active once their account is created. Would you want their account to stay Pending until they have filled in their scheduling availability?
One potential work around for now:
From a Program Facilitator view, they can only schedule volunteers who have previously responded to an opportunity for their Program. If you were to assume the Program Facilitator, this may help you decide which users to schedule, as it's likely they are active since they have previously responded.
This is simply a workaround for now, but I will be posting your enhancement suggestion as well.
I look forward to hearing from you!
Best,
