We use cookies to try and give you a better experience in Freshdesk.
You can learn more about what kind of cookies we use, why, and how from our Privacy policy. If you hate cookies, or are just on a diet, you can disable them altogether too. Just note that the Freshdesk service is pretty big on some cookies (we love the choco-chip ones), and some portions of Freshdesk may not work properly if you disable cookies.
We’ll also assume you agree to the way we use cookies and are ok with it as described in our Privacy policy, unless you choose to disable them altogether through your browser.
It would be very helpful to be able to send a blast out to all Volunteers who HAVE NOT RESPONDED to a shift date. If HAVE NOT could be added to the drop down menu this would be much appreciated. When I am trying to fill open slots for a service day, I always need to apologize to those who are already signed up. Trying to avoid email fatigue.
Thanks,
Cat from Centre Street Food Pantry

Hi, Cat!
Thanks for following up on this. This has been reviewed, but the development team has several additional steps to take before they implement a new update to the software. Because changes to the software affect all of our users, and we receive a lot of product suggestions, the forums allow us to prioritize enhancements so that we can help as many of our customers as possible, while using our small development team's time wisely.
Once a product suggestion has been logged in the forums, we review every request that comes in as a team and decide what updates to advocate for in the next available sprint cycle to our product.
I hope that this helped with understanding the process it takes to update enhancements to our software!
We appreciate you, and your suggestions! We will keep you in the loop when this has been discussed in regards to updating this within the software.
Best,
Hilary T.

Good morning,
Any progress on adding a "have not responded to" in the drop down?

Hi Cat!
I can definitely see how adding this filter can help avoid email fatigue! I will be adding this to the list to be discussed during an enhancement meeting. There are a number of other admins who would like to see more “does not have” or “is not” identifiers in the User Filter, so I will add these thoughts to our existing notes on this type of request!
Thank you for submitting this to the forum and we appreciate your input!
Best,
