Do you want to share additional content on your site? Do you have an incredible story that you want to share as an independent About Us page? Does your organization have its own privacy policy or terms and conditions to share with users? If you answered yes to any of these, then you might want to create some custom pages to house that extra information! In this article, we'll take a closer look at how custom pages can benefit you and share some examples!

Why use Custom Pages?

Your site is great for sharing all of those amazing volunteer opportunities with your community and keeping track of the impact volunteers are making! But you can also share additional important information with your volunteers through the Custom Pages area of your site!

  • With custom pages, you can share:
    • Your own site's FAQ.
    • Important events or opportunities that you want to feature on their own page.
    • General or specific information about your organization, mission, history, etc.
      • You can get as creative or informative as you want!
  • Custom pages are a way for you to present additional content to your volunteers. How and what you share is up to you!

✏️ Quick tip: Copy the unique URL for your custom pages and share them with your community! You can share them in an email, social media, spotlights, or even the image rotator, etc.

How to share custom pages

Once you've created your custom pages, you can then share them! Just copy the link for the page you want to share and then add it to newsletters, emails, spotlights, rotator images, or social media posts!

Examples

Do you need a little inspiration for your own custom pages? Here are a few examples that we've gathered for you!
